VOIZ is a tele-jobs marketplace that specializes in getting tele-jobs done for small, medium, and large companies on a fully outsourced model. With 25K active work-from-home agents and over 300 client collaborations since its inception, VOIZ provides efficient and reliable tele calling services to businesses.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sr. Sales Development Representative position at VOIZ. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, providing product information, scheduling appointments, and following up with leads to drive sales.
Job Description
1.Lead Qualification & Prospecting: Expertise in identifying, researching, and qualifying potential clients using CRM and sales tools (Zoho, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.).
2.Communication & Pitching: Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to craft persuasive outreach messages and deliver impactful cold calls or demos.
4.Pipeline Management: Skilled in maintaining accurate records, tracking engagement, and nurturing leads through consistent follow-ups and relationship building.
- Target Achievement & Reporting: Proven record of meeting or exceeding KPIs, with data-driven reporting and collaboration with Account Executives or Sales Managers
Requirements:
1.Good communication and interpersonal skills.
2.Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
3.Must know Hindi with English.
4.Basic computer and smartphone literacy.
5.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Job Title: Sr. Sales Development Representative
Location: Remote
Salary: INR 30,000 to 50,000 per month
Experience Required : Minimum 2 years experience in B2B sales and mentioned sales tools
