Job description
A Channel Partner Sales Executive is responsible for building and managing relationships with channel partners to drive sales growth. Key duties include identifying and recruiting new partners, negotiating contracts, developing joint sales strategies, and providing training and support to maximize partner performance. They also monitor partner performance, analyze market trends, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales goals.
Core responsibilities
- Partner recruitment and relationship management: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, while also maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing ones.
- Sales strategy and execution: Develop and implement sales strategies, creating and executing joint business plans with partners.
- Contract negotiation: Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with partners to ensure mutual benefit.
- Training and support: Provide partners with product training, support, and resources to enhance their sales capabilities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams like marketing and product management to ensure alignment on goals and strategies.
Required skills and qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in channel sales or a similar role, ideally within the same industry.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is typically required, with an MBA often preferred.
- Communication and negotiation: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are crucial for building relationships and closing deals.
- Strategic and analytical skills: The ability to develop strategic plans and analyze performance data is essential.
- Problem-solving: Proficiency in resolving conflicts and addressing issues that arise with partners.
- Technical proficiency: Experience with CRM and other sales management software is often required.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
