Position Summary

Business
Partner Success Manager
to accelerate revenue growth through our channel ecosystem. This role is responsible for driving revenue via strategic partnerships with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), System Integrators (SIs), resellers, and OEM alliances.

Unlike a traditional partner enablement role, this position carries a
revenue quota of ₹10-15 Cr annually
and focuses heavily on partner-led hunting, co-selling into enterprise accounts, and expanding the channel-driven sales pipeline.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Partner-Driven Revenue Generation

  • Own and deliver an annual partner-driven revenue quota of
    ₹10–15 Cr
    .
  • Drive joint sales opportunities with MSPs, SIs, and OEM partners (AWS, Azure, GCP, Cybersecurity OEMs).
  • Influence and close enterprise deals through an engaged partner ecosystem.

2. Partner Hunting & Acquisition

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-potential partners across India and global regions.
  • Negotiate partner agreements, commercials, and joint business plans.
  • Target partners with strong CISO/CIO enterprise relationships.

3. Partner Enablement & Activation

  • Train partners on SECCURE's cybersecurity offerings (SOC, GRC, Awareness SaaS, Threat Intelligence, etc.).
  • Create partner playbooks, GTM strategies, and incentive programs to boost engagement.
  • Ensure partners achieve certifications and are motivated to promote SECCURE solutions.

4. Co-Selling & Joint Account Planning

  • Conduct joint pipeline reviews and weekly/monthly forecasting sessions.
  • Map enterprise target accounts and execute joint account strategies with partner sales teams.
  • Participate in co-branded events, webinars, and executive roundtables for pipeline acceleration.

5. Ecosystem Expansion

  • Develop strong alliances with major cloud providers and technology OEMs.
  • Ensure SECCURE's offerings are listed on AWS/Azure/GCP marketplaces.
  • Build scalable reseller, MSSP, and SI partner programs with strong enablement and incentives.

6. Reporting & Operational Discipline

  • Maintain accurate partner pipeline, deal stages, and forecasting in CRM.
  • Conduct quarterly Partner Business Reviews (PBRs) with leadership.
  • Track partner ROI and optimize or prune partnerships as necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Must-Have

  • Bachelor's degree in:
  • Computer Science / IT / Electronics Engineering, OR
  • Business Administration / Management, OR
  • Any equivalent degree with relevant tech/sales experience.
  • 5-10+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, business development, or alliances.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and partner-led selling.

Good-to-Have

  • MBA / PGDM (Sales, Marketing, Strategy, IT Management), preferably from Tier-1/Tier-2 institutions.
  • Cybersecurity knowledge or certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CCSP (added advantage).
  • Experience working with cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP), cybersecurity OEMs, or service partners.
