Location: Remote | Full-time
Were looking for a Business Development Manager to help us grow our IT Staffing business by acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth.
What you'll do:
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients for IT staffing services.
- Build and grow strong client relationships to expand business.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to deliver on client requirements.
- Generate leads through networking, LinkedIn, cold calls, and events.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from pitching to deal closure.
- Track market trends and competitor moves to identify opportunities.
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in IT Staffing/Recruitment Sales
- Strong client network in IT services, product firms, or GCCs
- Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
