Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled professionals who can build, nurture, and preserve our business relationships.

· Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
· Proficiency in customer service software and tools.
· Should have worked on an ERP system in any of his past jobs.
· Effective time management and organizational skills.
· Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts.
· Flexibility and adaptability to changing customer demands.
· Experience with GST laws
· Experience of dispatching goods through air road and railway,
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Candidate should have good written English skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelors in commerce will be preferred.
Educational Qualification:
Min 5 years working experience with 2 years into client relationship management and/or similar roles.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
