Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Chandigarh. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include onboarding of new 2 wheeler dealers on our portal and fetching maximum insurance from them. The role will involve problem-solving, networking, and identifying growth opportunities for key accounts.
Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Account Management skills
- Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
- Problem-Solving, Time Management, and Organizational skills
- Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management is an advantage
