Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Relationship Management (CRM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure complete client satisfaction by managing leads after order placement, providing after-sales support, resolving queries, and maintaining long-term client relationships through consistent communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with clients after order placement to ensure smooth execution and satisfaction.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support and ensure all client needs are met.
  • Collect and document genuine client feedback.
  • Coordinate the service process — from order confirmation to payment collection.
  • Address and resolve client queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Offer product or service guidance when required.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client issues and escalate where necessary.
  • Understand client expectations and provide appropriate solutions.

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
