Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Relationship Management (CRM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure complete client satisfaction by managing leads after order placement, providing after-sales support, resolving queries, and maintaining long-term client relationships through consistent communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with clients after order placement to ensure smooth execution and satisfaction.
- Provide excellent after-sales support and ensure all client needs are met.
- Collect and document genuine client feedback.
- Coordinate the service process — from order confirmation to payment collection.
- Address and resolve client queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Offer product or service guidance when required.
- Act as the main point of contact for client issues and escalate where necessary.
- Understand client expectations and provide appropriate solutions.
