The CaneBOT Outlet Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the operations of CaneBOT machines, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all users. This role involves direct interaction with customers, daily operations, routine maintenance of the machines, and basic troubleshooting to address any issues that may arise during operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction and Support:
a. Greet and assist CaneBOT customers, ensuring a pleasant and efficient user experience
b. Provide information about the CaneBOT machines, including how to use them and the benefits of the products offered
c. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
d. Collect and report customer feedback to help improve the service and functionality of CaneBOT machines
2. Machine Operations Management:
a. Regularly refill the stock of ingredients and supplies in the CaneBOT machines to ensure uninterrupted service
b. Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the machines to uphold hygiene standards and operational efficiency
c. Conduct visual inspections of the machines to identify any potential issues
3. Basic Troubleshooting:
a. Identify and resolve basic technical issues with the CaneBOT machines, minimizing downtime
b. Report more complex issues to the technical support team for further assistance
c. Keep accurate log book and records of any malfunctions, repairs, and maintenance performed on the machines
