Role Description

The Area Business Manager will oversee business operations and sales strategies within the designated area to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring a team, establishing relationships with customers, overseeing loan disbursement processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities. The role also involves coordinating with internal departments and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Meerut.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding and experience in sales strategy, market analysis, and revenue generation
  • Proficiency in team leadership, mentoring, and performance management
  • Knowledge of financial products, including vehicle finance, New cars.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance within the finance sector
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
  • Ability to analyze and adapt to competitive market environments
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Experience in the rural and semi-urban financial sector is an advantage
