Job Overview

C-Hub is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day organizational operations, coordinate cross-functional activities, and ensure seamless execution of all office, academic, and program-related processes.

This role is critical to maintaining operational excellence across C-Hub's ecosystem — enabling teams to execute plans effectively while fostering a productive and efficient work environment.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience, preferably in the education or EdTech sector, with strong skills in people management, task coordination, process optimization, and event/operations oversight.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth workflow across all departments.
  • Execute organizational plans by coordinating tasks, schedules, and resources efficiently.
  • Assign duties to team members, track progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Coordinate events, workshops, trainings, and office activities with end-to-end support.
  • Facilitate communication between teams to eliminate bottlenecks and maintain operational momentum.
  • Maintain operational documentation, reports, and process records for leadership review.
  • Support leadership in executing strategic initiatives and monitoring operational KPIs.
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements for better efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, workflow standards, and quality procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in Education Management, Operations, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations, administration, academic coordination, or institutional management (preferably in the education sector).
  • Proven experience in managing teams, coordinating multiple tasks, and executing organizational plans.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and process-management skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and operational discipline

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200, ₹525,000.00 per year
