Front Desk Receptionist

Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Manage incoming calls, redirect them, or take messages.
- Maintain the visitor log and issue visitor passes.
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
Administrative Support:
- Provide support to the Admin/HR/Operations team.
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Assist in coordinating and organizing internal meetings, events, and conferences.
- Handle petty cash and maintain expense records.
- Monitor cleanliness and coordination with housekeeping and facility vendors.
- Maintain records and databases, both physical and digital.
- Handle data entry and document preparation (letters, memos, reports).
- Support onboarding of new employees (ID cards, desk setup, etc.).
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer service attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35, ₹45,000.00 per month
