Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients professionally.
  • Handle calls, emails, and client inquiries efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting calendars.
  • Support sales and admin teams with documentation and data entry.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Keep visitor and inquiry records updated and accurate.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English.
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet).
  • Well-organized, punctual, and presentable.
  • Ability to multitask and handle front desk operations efficiently.
  • Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, or customer service preferred (not mandatory).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
