Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain the reception area, keeping it tidy and presentable.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages, couriers).
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as required.
  • Provide basic information about the company to visitors and callers.
  • Support HR/Administration teams with day-to-day office operations.
  • Ensure compliance with security and safety procedures at the front desk.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred (but not mandatory).
  • Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
