Job Summary:
The Front Office GSA (Guest Service Associate) will be responsible for welcoming guests, handling check-in/check-out procedures, managing reservations, and ensuring excellent guest service and satisfaction at the front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with courtesy and professionalism.
- Handle check-in, check-out, and room assignments efficiently.
- Manage calls, emails, and reservations accurately.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest requests.
- Maintain front desk records, billing, and cash handling.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and ensure a positive experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate / Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and hotel management software.
- Presentable, polite, and service-oriented personality.
- Fluency in English and local language preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
