Job Description:

Ensure 100% legal Compliances of H&S in the Factories as per Factory act.

2. Conduct daily Tool Box meeting with the workers prior to the commencement of work.

3. Disseminate EHS Induction to the new workers & employees entering the plant.

4. Do regular Hazard identification in the plant.

5. Work permit verification of all departments and ensure all Safety measures.

6. Identifying unsafe acts/unsafe conditions daily during safety inspection and reporting to Plant manager as well plant in charge and follow up for compliance.

Develop SOP (Safe operating procedure) related to work and for machines.

8. M.S.D.S display, Chemical shower, trainings, special care about Chemical Safety.

9. Do regular risk Assessment and take appropriate action as per severity.

10. Prepare on site Emergency plan for the plant, and conduct mock drills and record findings.

11. Conduct monthly Safety Committee meetings and coordinate for minutes of meeting. Visit plant with Committee team to find out Safety gaps and development.

12. Controlling of all EHS related Indent (P.R) record and completion through SAP, coordinates with vendor, procurement team, plant Manager, EHS Manager for all EHS Services.

13. Vendor management for any service required related to EHS requirement of the plant.

14. Timely bill submission and payment follow up with the concerned person.

15. Making arrangements' for the EHS weekly walk through and collecting all the observations from the team and closing out the issues raised in the walk-through meeting by the help of team.

16. Pressure Vessels, Lift, lifting tools and tackles testing by competent agencies as per Factory act and record keeping.

17. Provide necessary advice, information and support in the effective implementation of the HSE
