
HR & Compliance Executive

Compliance & Audit Management:-
- Prepare, coordinate, and execute Social Audits, Buyer COC Audits, CTPAT Security Audits.
- Maintain up-to-date Social & Security Compliance records, Documentation.
- Maintain & making all Audits related records.
- Maintain and Conduct Trainings ( PPE , Fire Drill , Grievience , H&S , ICC Anti-Sexual Harrasment, EHS Committee, and all other Social & Security audits trainings.
- Reviewing Compliance file & update accordingly.
Human Resources: -
- Responsible for ensuring Labour Compliances.
- Ensure all Legal Documents should be updated. ( Fire NOC, Factory License, Pollution Consent, and all other legal documents).
- Knowledge of HR Policies and its implementations.
- Knowledge of Bonus, Grautuity, F&F and other legal labour laws.
- Responsible for making ESIC & PF Challans.
- Registration of Employees in ESIC , PF .
- Responsible for making Bonus Annual Returns, Factory Act Returns.
- Should be responsible for all the Labour related matters in Factory.
- Should have knowledge of all the HR Processes.
- Handle employee queries related to HR and Admin matters.
Administration:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative activities including House Keeping, office management, vendor coordination, and facility support.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure and supplies.
