Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to lead operations in our Switchboard Panel Manufacturing Unit. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in electrical panels and switchgear, proven leadership ability on the shop floor, and hands-on experience in production management, process optimization, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and monitor production schedules aligned with business goals.

Oversee end-to-end switchboard panel manufacturing processes.

Lead and supervise section leaders, supervisors, and shop floor staff.

Ensure quality standards through in-process checks and root-cause analysis.

Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement practices.

Optimize costs, resource allocation, and machine utilization.

Ensure compliance with EHS, ISO, and QMS standards.

Leverage ERP systems (Oracle preferred) for planning and reporting.

Who We're Looking For
Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.

10–15 years of experience in panel & switchgear manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of panel drawings, wiring, and testing basics.

Proficiency in Oracle ERP and MS Office.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience implementing Lean, 5S, and process improvement initiatives.
