Job Title: Product Manager

Location: Noida, Sector 62 (on-site)

Experience: 5–10 years

About the Role

We are looking for a 
data-driven Product Manager
 with strong experience in taking products from concept to launch. You will lead cross-functional teams, define roadmaps, and ensure delivery of innovative, scalable solutions. This role requires a balance of 
technical understanding, business acumen, and leadership skills
 to drive execution and deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product lifecycle end-to-end
    : from ideation, design, and development to launch, adoption, and iteration.
  • Translate business strategy into actionable roadmaps, milestones, and user stories.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams
     to deliver high-quality features on time.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and market research to refine products.
  • Define and track 
    product success metrics and KPIs
    ; make data-driven decisions for prioritization.
  • Manage budgets, vendor negotiations, and cross-team alignment to ensure cost-efficient delivery.
  • Drive 
    Agile/iterative releases
    , backlog grooming, and sprint planning to reduce time-to-market.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation (PRDs, workflows, agreements, POCs).
  • Present product updates and strategies to leadership, securing buy-in and influencing priorities.

What We're Looking For

  • 5–8 years of experience in product management, preferably in 
    AI/ML-driven products
    .
  • Proven track record of 
    leading cross-functional teams
     to deliver successful products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy.
  • Experience working with Agile, SAFe, or similar frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance technical constraints with business objectives and user needs.
