Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager located in Noida. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the product development process from ideation to launch. Daily tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting market research, defining product requirements, and working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product delivery. The Product Manager will also analyze product performance, gather customer feedback, and make data-driven decisions to enhance the product offering.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Product Management, including market research, product strategy, and roadmap development
  • Strong project management skills, including task delegation, timeline management, and milestone tracking
  • Technical skills and ability to work closely with engineering teams
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Analytical skills, including data analysis, performance tracking, and customer feedback interpretation
  • Understanding of the fin-tech industry and financial products is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Noida
