About Us:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Production Executive
to join our operations team. This role offers hands-on experience in managing and supporting end-to-end production activities, coordinating dispatches, and ensuring smooth workflow across shifts. As a Production Executive, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing the daily production operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

● Oversee and support the day-to-day production processes on the floor.

● Prepare and manage
shift-wise production schedules
(day and night) and ensure manpower alignment.

● Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely packaging and shipment of products.

● Monitor inventory of raw materials and finished goods in coordination with the

warehouse team.

● Identify production bottlenecks and help implement solutions for smoother operations.

● Collaborate with quality, procurement, and logistics teams to maintain production targets and quality standards.

● Maintain proper records of daily production, dispatch, and shift reports.

● Act as a key support between floor workers and management to maintain workflow transparency.

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree or diploma in production, operations, or a related field.

● 2-4 years of experience in a production or manufacturing setup preferred.

● Good understanding of production planning, shift handling, and dispatch processes.

● Proficiency in MS Excel and basic documentation/reporting.

● Strong organizational and coordination skills.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rotating shifts.
