  • Oversee the complete garment production process — from order receipt to final delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including design, tailoring, and operations, to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Assign work orders to the tailor master and monitor daily production progress.
  • Conduct quality checks (QC) at various stages of garment construction.
  • Manage packaging and handover of finished products to the operations/logistics team.
  • Liaise with external vendors and manufacturers (fabric, textile, trims, etc.) for timely procurement and delivery.
  • Maintain production timelines and ensure all garments meet brand specifications and deadlines.
  • Identify and resolve production bottlenecks or quality issues proactively.
  • Track inventory of raw materials and coordinate replenishments as needed.

  • Maintain production records, documentation, and reports for management review.

  • Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Garment Technology, Textile Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in garment production or fashion manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of pattern making, fabric types, stitching techniques, and quality control.
  • Excellent coordination and vendor management skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
  • Proficiency in production tracking tools or software is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
