Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our building management solutions. As a key member of our small, agile team of 10, you will work independently to define product strategies, prioritize features, and oversee the product lifecycle from conception to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and articulate a clear product vision aligned with company goals in building management systems.
  • Conduct market research and user interviews to identify customer needs and industry trends.
  • Define detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize features and manage the product backlog for timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, and customer support to ensure successful product launches.
  • Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate to improve usability and functionality.
  • Manage product documentation, training materials, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Work independently, exercising strong judgment and decision-making to drive product success.
  • Liaise with stakeholders occasionally, providing updates and aligning expectations.
  • Stay updated with the latest in building automation and management technologies.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in building automation or related fields.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Technical understanding of building management systems is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline; Master's preferred.
