AppOyster is a fast-growing startup focused on delivering innovative solutions in app development, AI-driven tools, and product innovation. We are seeking a dynamic Product Head to lead our product strategy, vision, and execution to drive impactful growth.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Product Manager. Daily tasks include coordinating with cross-functional teams, prioritising product features and requirements, conducting market research, and defining product visions and strategies. The Product Manager will also be expected to monitor product performance and ensure alignment with the company's goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation, design, development, launch, to iteration.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and gaps.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Establish clear KPIs, metrics, and success criteria for product performance and adoption.
  • Drive innovation and feature prioritisation, balancing customer needs with business goals.
  • Mentor and lead the product team, fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership, and excellence.
  • Ensure timely product releases while maintaining high quality and scalability.
  • Represent the voice of the customer and continuously enhance user experience.
  • Work closely with leadership to align product strategies with fundraising, partnerships, and GTM initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience in product management, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling digital products/SaaS solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in startup or fast-paced environments is a strong plus.

Compensation

Fixed Salary: ₹18,00,000/annum

Performance-based incentives may be offered in addition.
