Business Development Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and target-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive enrollments and revenue growth through structured field activities, institutional partnerships, and continuous engagement with healthcare professionals. The role requires strong field sales experience, relationship management, and the ability to build long-term collaborations with colleges, hospitals, and doctors.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue & enrollment targets (primary objective).
Conduct daily field visits as per schedule:
2 Colleges (student engagement, workshops, CMEs, seminars)
- 2 Hospitals (doctor/nurse engagement and collaborations)
5 Trade Doctors / 1 Entrepreneur (promotion of courses)
Build and maintain strong relationships with college administrators, hospital management, and healthcare professionals.
- Organize and support CMEs, seminars, and workshops to generate awareness and enrollments.
- Collect and share market intelligence (competitor activity, demand trends, institutional requirements).
- Ensure effective branding and visibility in the allocated territory.
- Maintain accurate daily reports on visits, leads generated, and conversions.
Performance Metrics
- Achievement of monthly enrollment & revenue targets.
- Number of institutions (colleges/hospitals) engaged per month.
- Lead quality & conversion rate from field visits.
- Successful execution of offline events (seminars, CMEs, workshops).
- We are only looking for Field Sales candidates.
