Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to expand GETA's market presence, build strong client relationships, and generate sustainable revenue growth. The role requires a mix of strategic thinking, client engagement, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities for GETA.
- Build, nurture, and manage long-term client relationships.
- Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, pitches, and presentations.
- Monitor industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate reporting of sales pipelines and forecasts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–6 years of proven business development or sales experience (B2B preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and close deals.
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding targets.
