Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and creating sales strategies. Responsibilities include conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and presenting AHQ's solutions to prospective clients. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and support the implementation of business development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Business Development, Sales, and Account Management skills
  • Experience in Market Research and Strategic Planning
  • Negotiation and Contract Management skills
  • Strong Communication and Presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Experience in the software or technology industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
