Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive, located in Noida. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks such as lead generation, customer service, and maintaining customer support. The individual will also be responsible for making outbound sales calls, managing customer inquiries, and converting leads into sales. Additionally, the Telesales Executive will work to achieve targets and build positive relationships with customers.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills
  • Customer Service and Customer Support skills
  • Experience with Lead Generation and Sales
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous telesales or telemarketing experience is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
