Location: Sector: 62, Noida (Onsite)

Role: IT Recruiter Domestic

Experience: 0.6-2+Years

Work Mode: Onsite.

We are looking for an experienced and driven IT Domestic IT Recruiter with a strong background in IT hiring to join our talent acquisition team. If you have a proven track record in sourcing, screening, and placing top IT talent in the domestic market, we want to hear from you

Requirements:

  • 0.6-2 years of hands-on experience in IT domestic recruitment(Big no for US staffing candidate).
  • Strong understanding of various IT technologies, job roles, and market demands.
  • Expertise in using job portals, Boolean search, and social media sourcing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end recruitment for IT positions across various technologies and domains.
  • Source candidates using portals (e.g., Naukri) social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn), and personal networks.
  • Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates as per client requirements and timelines.
  • Negotiate salary, notice periods and terms with candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and closures with manager and candidates.
  • Build strong pipelines for recurring skill sets and proactively engage passive talent.
