Job Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Domestic Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent in the IT industry to fill various positions within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with hiring managers/ clients to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to fulfill them.
  • Source potential candidates through job portals like Naukri/Monster, social media, referrals, and other creative methods.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills and qualifications.
  • Manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews, preparing candidates, and providing feedback to hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and job postings in the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest hiring trends and best practices in the IT industry.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors in IT/Computer Science or related field. Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration would be a plus.
  • Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter, with a strong track record of hiring top talent.
  • Knowledge of various recruiting techniques and tools, including job boards, social media, and Boolean search strings.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
