Role & responsibilities

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment for IT roles across various domains (Software Development, Infrastructure, Cloud, Data Science, etc.) for domestic clients.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and account managers to understand job requirements and deliver qualified candidates.
  • Source candidates using a variety of methods including job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.), social media (LinkedIn), referrals, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial screening, assess candidate fitment, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future requirements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and prepare weekly reports.
  • Negotiate salary and ensure smooth onboarding in coordination with HR and the client.
  • Keep up to date with market trends and competitor hiring activities.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Domestic IT recruitment.
  • Deep understanding of IT roles and skills (Java, .NET, DevOps, QA, Data Engineering, Cloud, etc.).
  • Strong experience working with Indian job portals (especially Naukri).
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and Excel reporting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
