Job Title: IT Recruiter Domestic Hiring

Working Days: 5.5 Days (Monday to Saturday Half Day on Saturday)

About the Role:

Axiom Software Solutions is seeking a motivated and skilled IT Recruiter to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in domestic IT hiring, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to manage the entire recruitment cycle efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various IT positions (junior to senior levels).
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
  • Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment.
  • Proficient in using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet recruitment deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with bulk hiring or IT service/product-based recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of various IT technologies and domains.
