Job Description:

We are looking for
Domestic IT Recruiters
with 2–4 years of experience in end-to-end IT hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other job portals to source and engage the right talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT positions.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Utilize portals and social platforms effectively for talent acquisition.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain strong candidate relationships.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of
    Domestic IT Recruitment
    experience.
  • Strong knowledge of
    LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other portals
    .
  • Good understanding of IT skills and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Preference for candidates based in Delhi NCR.
