About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Domestic Recruiter
to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for positions within India, ensuring timely sourcing, screening, and onboarding of qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the
    end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
    for domestic hiring.
  • Source candidates through various channels: job portals (Naukri, Monster, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure a smooth interview process.
  • Negotiate salary, benefits, and close offers effectively.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
  • Track recruitment metrics (TAT, source of hire, offer-to-join ratio).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain recruitment databases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–6 years of experience
    in domestic recruitment (IT/Non-IT depending on role).
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and domestic job portals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in bulk hiring or niche hiring is an added advantage.
