Position: Domestic IT Technical Recruiter - India Staffing

Location: Noida, UP (Hybrid)

Duration: Full-Time

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced IT Technical Recruiter with a strong background in domestic India staffing. The ideal candidate will have experience working with system integrators (SIs), product-based companies, and service-based clients in India. If you excel at sourcing, screening, and placing top IT talent across various technologies and domains, wed love to connect with you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment life cycle for a wide range of IT roles (permanent and contract) across India.
  • Work closely with delivery/project managers and account managers to understand client hiring requirements.
  • Effectively source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Shine, Monster, etc.), social media (LinkedIn), internal databases, and referrals.
  • Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
  • Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and manage offers through to onboarding.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and regularly update the recruitment tracker.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional experience for both candidates and clients.

Key Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in IT recruitment for the Indian market, preferably with exposure to hiring for system integrators or IT service providers.
  • Strong knowledge of IT technologies, job roles, and skillsets across domains (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, SAP, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with ATS tools, job boards, and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously
