Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Domestic IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, screening, and placing technical professionals in various IT roles across the domestic market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various IT positions (e.g., Developers, QA Engineers, System Admins, etc.) in the domestic (India) market.
  • Use various channels such as job portals (Naukri, Monster, TimesJobs), social media (LinkedIn), internal database, and referrals.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with technical panels and follow up with candidates.
  • Manage the entire recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment reports.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Negotiate salary, notice period, and other terms with shortlisted candidates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of IT technologies and job market trends in India.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, Shine, Monster, etc.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools like ATS, CRM, or HRMS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good negotiation and convincing skills.
