Export Documentation & Compliance:

  • Prepare, verify, and manage all export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and Bill of Lading.
  • Handle documentation for LCs (Letters of Credit), advance payments, and bank-related export transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with FEMA, RBI, customs, DGFT, and international trade regulations.

Liaisoning & Coordination:

  • Liaise with customs, freight forwarders, CHAs, banks, and government authorities for smooth export operations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as production, logistics, accounts, and sales to manage export schedules.
  • Act as a point of contact between the company and international clients for shipment updates and documentation requirements.

Banking & Financial Operations:

  • Prepare and submit documents for bank negotiation, export bill discounting, and realization.
  • Reconcile export remittances and follow up for outstanding payments.
  • Handle documentation for export incentives, duty drawback, and foreign exchange compliance.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Maintain MIS reports for shipments, payments, and export performance.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on export operations and key metrics.
  • Assist in budgeting and planning for international shipments.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of export documentation and international trade procedures.
  • Familiarity with LCs, FEMA guidelines, DGFT, customs clearance, and shipping processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and export management software (ERP/Tally preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
