Coordinate with all departments to collect, compile, and validate daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Track and monitor operational and business processes, ensuring timelines and accuracy.
- Support management in data analysis, dashboard creation, and performance reporting.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports, KPI summaries, and presentations for senior management.
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and communication.
- Maintain documentation and logs of process workflows and approvals.
- Support compliance checks, and report submissions.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and updates with internal teams on assigned tasks.
- 3+ years of experience in process coordination/reporting roles
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts), Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good understanding of workflow processes, department coordination, and reporting mechanisms.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities with accuracy and speed.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
