**Key Responsibilities**:

- Creating conceptual and detailed designs using **AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp**.
- Developing **detailed blueprints, elevations, and sections**.
- Ensuring technical accuracy in **structural, electrical, and plumbing layouts**.
- Calculating **area, parking numbers, building heights, and setbacks**.
- Ensuring compliance with **local building codes and zoning laws**.
- Collaborating with **engineers, contractors, and project managers**.
- Addressing on-site issues and ensuring smooth project execution.
- Overseeing construction progress to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
- Making **design modifications** when required and ensuring **quality control**.
- Ensuring the design meets **client requirements, building codes, and aesthetic values**.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Architecture.
- Minimum **3 years of experience** in architecture and design.
- Strong understanding of **zoning laws, parking regulations, and high-rise building codes**.
- **Work experience in high-rise projects** is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
