**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop architectural designs from concept through detailed drawings and specifications.
- Prepare and present design proposals using CAD, BIM (Revit), and other design tools.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams to ensure design integrity and functionality.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure project requirements and timelines are met.
- Oversee project documentation, compliance with building codes, and permit acquisition.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Review and revise designs as per client feedback and regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) - **Compulsory**
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in architectural design and project execution.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
