Accounting & Financial Management:

  • Oversee daily accounting operations for purchases, sales, and export transactions.
  • Manage and reconcile high-volume financial transactions across multiple accounts.
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and MIS reports.
  • Handle GST, TDS, and other tax compliance related to domestic and export transactions.

Export Accounting & Documentation:

  • Manage export documentation including invoices, shipping bills, and bank realization certificates (BRC).
  • Handle Letter of Credit (LCs), advance payments, and export payment reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with customs, freight forwarders, and banks for export-related financial activities.
  • Ensure compliance with FEMA, RBI, and international trade regulations.

Audit & Compliance:

  • Support statutory and internal audits with necessary documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and legal requirements.
  • Maintain proper records for tax assessments and export incentives.

Team Coordination & Reporting:

  • Guide junior accountants and oversee daily accounting tasks.
  • Liaise with purchase, sales, logistics, and export teams for smooth financial operations.
  • Provide regular financial reports and analysis to management for decision-making.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of export accounting, international trade finance, and banking.
  • Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, and tax compliance.
  • Expertise in handling large volumes of purchase and sales transactions.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP, SAP, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and team management skills.
  • Manage and reconcile high-volume financial transactions across multiple accounts.
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and MIS reports.
  • Handle GST, TDS, and other tax compliance related to domestic and export transactions.
  • Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70, ₹80,000.00 per month
