**0.5 - 2 years of experience in IT/ITES recruitment. MBAs (HR), MCAs preferred. JR move to AR after successful completion of training, consistently producing good profiles and meeting expectations for a period of 6 months.**

**Responsibilities**
- Receive requirements from RCT/ARM/BDM on a daily basis.
- Read and understand requirement thoroughly (using various techniques).
- List keywords and create search criteria and strings.
- Go through resumes and find matching profiles.
- Load available matching profiles into DB.
- Inform the responsible RCT/Team Lead/Manager on completion of task & update them for tomorrow task.
- Initiate calls to potential consultants as directed by RCT/ TL/Manager Use best-practice (structured recruiting processes) recruiting techniques to screen potential consultants for skills that meet requirement needs
- Technical screening
- Soft skills screening
- Attitude and aptitude screening
- Background & Referral Checks
- Personal data collection
- Employment data collection
- Building and developing relationships with people in appropriate technologies.
- Creating a referral network, as well as setting goals and creating plans for self-improvement are traits of a successful __ Recruiter.
- Recruiting with referrals and internet job sites.
- Networking within technical user groups.
- Work in a deadline driven, dynamic environment.

**Expectations**

ONLY SOURCING
- Process 4 requirements a day.
- Find at least 20 good matching profiles per requirements
- 10 for tough recs
- 15 for med recs
- 20 for easy recs
- Load resumes to DB everyday.

SOURCING & SCREENING
- Process 1 - 3 requirements a day.
- Screen and present at least 4-6 good profiles for customer submittal.
- Ensure DB compliance.

Target of 3 closures per month & 3 selections.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹200,000.00 per year

- Night shift
- US shift
