BFSI space. Through its innovative digital platform TMI
offers Trainings to large-scale entry-level employees
in the areas of sales, customer service, operations, etc.
Applying instructional design techniques, TMIe2E provides
role-based induction training, up-skilling, etc. in the
Corporate Training segments.
New Client Acquisition for Training Solutions, Business
Development and Key Account Management
- Drive business growth across Banking & Insurance
sectors for E2E Corporate Training
- Identify new market opportunities and work on
business expansion tactics aligned with the overall
growth strategy.
- Engagement with prospective clients to create a
robust pipeline of potential opportunities for E2E
Corporate Training
- Undertake consultancy with prospective clients to
identify opportunities to offer services and enhance
services / cross-selling services to existing clients.
- Work with Business Unit Head to develop compelling

solutions and competitive proposals.
- Craft a visually engaging and concise pitch that
delivers a compelling narrative, customized for each
prospect.
- Assist in closing the sale jointly with the CEO, Delivery
head and Business Unit Head.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to
expand the customer base, including new sectors for
E2E Corporate Training.
- Develop and execute business development plans to
meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct market analysis to understand competition
and industry trends.
- Collaborate with marketing and delivery/ product
teams to align business development strategies with
company goals

Work Timings We work 5 days a week, and additionally the 1st Saturdays of
every month. While the work hours are 9:30 AM to 06:30 PM
