Edubex is seeking an experienced leader with 12+ years of expertise to drive the growth of our Corporate & Professional Upskilling Division. This pivotal role involves designing strategy, managing key client relationships, leading high-performing teams, and overseeing the design and delivery of innovative training programs for corporates, professionals, and institutions.
Key Responsibilities
 Develop and execute strategies to grow the professional upskilling business unit.
 Drive business development efforts and establish strong partnerships with corporates, academic institutions, and industry bodies.
 Oversee end-to-end execution of training programs, ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
 Lead, mentor, and empower business development and operations teams.
 Identify market trends and unlock new opportunities in the corporate training and upskilling space.
 Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to co-create industry-relevant training solutions.
 Drive revenue growth through client acquisition, retention, and strategic alliances.
 Monitor KPIs, budgets, and performance reporting for the division.
 Represent Edubex at industry events, conferences, and professional forums.
Requirements
 Minimum 12 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Training, EdTech, or Professional Services.
 Demonstrated track record of scaling business units and achieving measurable growth.
 Strong strategic thinking, execution, and problem-solving abilities.
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 Established network with corporates, training institutions, and industry associations.
 Proven leadership in managing large teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
 Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
