Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to lead compliance, audit, and operations management at a strategic level. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep understanding of financial governance and regulatory compliance, and proven experience managing corporate or federal compliance programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all corporate, financial, and regulatory compliance activities.
  • Ensure adherence to Indian and U.S. federal contracting regulations (FAR, DFARS, DCAA).
  • Oversee internal audits, financial controls, tax compliance, and statutory reporting.
  • Develop and enforce policies, governance frameworks, and internal control systems.
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive risk management and compliance strategy.
  • Monitor budgeting, financial operations, and process optimization across departments.
  • Mentor finance, compliance, and audit teams to maintain high ethical and operational standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) – mandatory.
  • 12–20 years of experience in compliance, audit, or operations management.
  • Strong understanding of Indian regulatory frameworks and U.S. federal compliance exposure.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving governance programs.
  • Proficiency in ERP / financial systems (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, Zoho Books).
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in technology, consulting, or federal contracting sectors.
  • Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, DCAA, SOX, or ISO 27001 frameworks.
  • Exposure to automation, process improvement, or compliance digitization initiatives.
