Corporate Lawyer

**Responsibilities**:

- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including but not limited to SaaS product agreements, vendor contracts, service agreements, licensing agreements, and partnership agreements.
- Ensure that all contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards within the healthcare sector(preferred).
- Drive contract negotiations with external parties, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while mitigating legal risks for the company
- Provide legal guidance and support to internal stakeholders, including business development teams, product managers, and executives, on contractual matters and legal risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks associated with business initiatives, product launches, and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in healthcare laws and regulations to ensure the company's compliance and adherence to best practices.
- Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures related to contract management and compliance.
- Work closely with external legal counsel, as necessary, to address complex legal issues and ensure the protection of the company's interests.
- Participate in due diligence processes related to mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions within the healthcare industry.
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on contractual matters, compliance requirements, and legal best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- 3-5 yrs experience in contract negotiation, drafting and contract lifecycle.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Familiarity with legal terms and contract management.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
