We are currently building our team and now searching for **Corporate Lawyer (M/F/d) - 100% remote** **Your mission**: During the next years EU Tech wants to improve its brand and increase its overall performance. **Your daily tasks**: - Handle a range of corporate matters in detail - Manage documentation for litigation matters and coordinate with relevant stakeholders on timely basis - Analyze matter and ensure compliance of corporate laws in execution of matters - Providing support on various corporate policies and corporate governance matters. **What we are looking for**: - A law degree (or Graduate Diploma in Law) and Legal Practice Course qualification. - Must have 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Litigation Procedures preferably conducting due diligence in connection with corporate process at a law firms. - Must be conscientious and proactive Lawyer - Ability to work in a team, high quality awareness, and self-organization **We offer**: We stand for the vision of a better and more sustainable world - hand in hand with European technology companies.
