Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to drive B2B and B2C sales growth for
Zenfinity
and
Kaban
, leading brands in the bags and luggage segment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the industry, a solid network of business contacts, and a proven ability to convert corporate and institutional opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to expand market presence for Zenfinity and Kaban.
- Identify, pitch, and acquire new corporate, institutional, and channel partners.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to align offerings with client needs.
- Drive sales targets, negotiate contracts, and manage end-to-end deal closures.
- Represent the brands at trade fairs, corporate events, and networking forums.
Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 6–7 years of B2B sales experience in the bags, luggage, lifestyle, or accessories sector.
- Strong understanding of corporate gifting, institutional sales, and retail partnerships.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
