  • Ensure end-to-end execution of first mile operations (pickup, scanning, bagging, dispatch) across multiple hubs or cities.

  • Drive daily volume adherence, pickup TAT, and SLA targets with zero delays.

  • Ensure vehicle routing, load optimization, and cost-efficient pickup planning.

  • Implement corrective actions based on audit findings and operational gaps.

  • Lead a team of hub in-charges, supervisors, and riders across the area.

  • Review daily performance metrics ( Productivity, TAT etc)

  • Optimize manpower and vehicle usage across the area based on demand forecasting.

  • Drive initiatives to reduce first mile cost per shipment and returns processing cost.

  • Use data to identify volume trends, capacity planning, and productivity improvement areas.

  • Control return backlog, reduce RTO aging etc.

  • Monitor return flows from hubs to sellers like dispatch , OTP adherance, Trip sheet closure etc

  • Liaise with seller support/central returns teams to resolve disputes and escalations.

  • Lead root cause analysis and RCA implementation for SLA failures or exceptions.

  • Ensure timely reporting to regional leadership with key metrics and improvement plans.
