Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jamshedpur. The Facilities Manager will oversee the daily operations and maintenance of assigned facilities to ensure optimal functionality, comfort, safety, and efficiency. Responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, coordinating maintenance and repair services, overseeing budgets, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, conducting inspections, and implementing improvement initiatives. The role will involve leading a team to deliver high-quality facilities services and addressing the needs of clients and tenants promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Facilities Management, Property Management, and Operational Management
  • Proficiency in vendor management, project management, and resource allocation
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
  • Budgeting, cost analysis, and financial management proficiency
  • Experience with workplace safety guidelines, facility inspections, and preventive maintenance
  • Familiarity with real estate management is an added advantage
  • A Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field is preferred
