Neuro ICU Nurse

Job Summary:

The Neuro ICU Nurse will provide specialized critical care to patients with severe neurological conditions such as head injuries, brain tumors, strokes, and post-neurosurgical cases. She will closely monitor patients, manage life-support equipment, and deliver high-quality, compassionate care in a fast-paced ICU environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor neurological status, vital signs, and critical parameters.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and maintain accurate records.
• Operate and manage ventilators, ICP monitors, and other ICU equipment.
• Assist in emergency procedures and neurosurgical post-operative care.
• Ensure infection control and patient safety protocols are followed.
• Provide emotional support to patients' families and communicate updates.
• Collaborate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams for patient management.

Requirements:

• GNM / B.Sc Nursing (Registered Nurse).
• Minimum 1 year experience in Neuro ICU or Critical Care Unit.
• Strong knowledge of neurological assessment and ICU protocols.
• Excellent observation, decision-making, and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
